As an Instructional Designer at Unity Grow, you will identify the skills, knowledge and information gaps of a targeted audience and create learning experiences to fill these gaps. You will join a cross divisional and global team whose goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies effectively and appealingly.
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience as an in-house training function in a global company- Advantage
- Working in as a learning function
- MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience with training and e-learning technologies (Storyline, Canvas, Adobe creative cloud, etc.)
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Role:
- Identifying needs in business, product and R&D departments and defining and implementing effective learning and training programs and processes.
- Handle big and complex training projects effectively while collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
- Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them the best
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
