We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learner Experience & Engagement Manager

Principal responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to internal audiences
- Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified
- Support in analyzing and evaluating training needs plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning
- Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with HSBC and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results
- Streamlining processes, management information (MI), and reports for audit preparedness
- Recommending and developing programs that will help address learning needs and training-related performance issues affecting the different processes and other support functions
- Support end to end business alignment across India for identified businesses
- Covering for some designated site lead functions in the absence of the Site Lead
- Plan, execute, and monitor the learner experience, particularly for new hires, new programs, and priority programs
- Support the Site Lead in the dissemination and monitoring of the team’s BAU assignments as well as in tracking and driving the completion of tasks, projects and other deliverables
- Ensure the timely and accurate updating, completion, submission, and maintenance of pertinent records, reports, trackers, and required management information using designated templates, data platforms, and the learning management system
- Create and submit quarterly training calendar to GP team in a timely manner. Publish calendar on time for business to enroll and participate
- Deploy learning priorities through effective planning and scheduling. Deploy Project Keystone and priority first line manager programs across GSCs and Tech; partner with Business, HR, and Group Learning to deploy robust leadership development programs for GCB 4-5
- Deploy HSBC University priority programs, Global Mandatory Trainings, D&I Training within expected timelines
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent presentation skills with through knowledge of L&D processes and practices
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional demeanor with an ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
- Good analytical ability
- Ability to work under constant pressure
- Ability to make rational decisions and navigate through complex scenarios with minimal guidance or supervision
