Then we have an exciting, newly established position for you as the Senior Manager, Evidence Generation in Region North West Europe (NWE).
The Position
In this newly established role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic evidence-generation initiatives, data-driven insights, and capability building in Region North West Europe (NWE), which stretches 15 countries. You will communicate regional priorities in sync with business needs; navigate matrix organization and prioritize regional needs within the affiliates, while at the same time being able to support initiatives from stakeholders.
Qualifications
You carry experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally across medical affairs, real-world evidence, data science, or related functions. You possess knowledge of the availability of a broad range of external data sources, processes to maximize the use thereof, and experience with collaboration with external units specializing in medical/health-related data collection and analyses. You can balance science, data, and business needs, and can communicate these with ease across levels of understanding.
Furthermore:
- You have an advanced degree in a relevant field (health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, predictive analytics, health services research)
- You have strong interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into observational studies and then communicate the results with a strong positive impact
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, strong business acumen, and excellent process and management skills
- Experience in a consultancy role, as well as knowledge of cardiovascular disease and obesity is an additional advantage
Fluency in the English language, both written and oral, is crucial for the role. Any other European language is an advantage.
About the Department
You will be part of the diverse, innovative and collaborative Medical Excellence unit within the Region NWE CMR (Clinical, Medical, Regulatory) team working across therapy areas. It drives initiatives that empower colleagues to excel with insights, evidence generation, scientific dialogue, care pathways, and organizational readiness.
Moreover, about the Unit, Region North West Europe (NWE) is the largest region of International Operations in terms of turnover. We have around 2000 colleagues of which 100+ work for the Regional Office based in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Together we are all committed to step ahead and set the pace for better outcomes for patients and societies in the region.
