- Support the project management team for our P&O standalone project with focus on setting up Innomotics P&O Service, Payrooll and IT landscape until early 2025.
- You will support the team with coordinating project meetings and action item lists and with managing project folders.
- You will drive communication topics for the project in close alignment with the project management. Therefore, your tasks are the preparation of PowerPoints, the coordination of stakeholder meetings and the management of internal and external social media communication.
- Moreover, you will collaborate with internal and external partners on our P&O project topics.
Use your skills to move the world forward.
- You are currently studying at university Human resources, communication, business administration or a comparable field of study.
- You have first experiences working in projects.
- You enjoy communication and are clear and precise in written communication like emails, articles and newsletters.
- You are proficient with tools like Powerpoint (or similar tools) and use them to your advantage in presenting topics well to audiences.
- You have experiences with using social media in a company (or university) environment and know how to efficiently bring messages across in social media channels, post articles and videos etc.
- You bring good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- You are motivated and can build good working relationships.
- You are proactive, self-directed, results-oriented, influential, flexible, and adaptable.
- Your very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
