Development Manager, Business Process Automation
to join our Operational Excellence team (under Logistics & Operations) in Espoo, Finland.
Our Operational Excellence team is composed of process and project management experts with the purpose of driving end to end business process development, with focus on quality, compliance, productivity, and automation. The scope covers the global Order to Cash, Supply to Pay, and Manage Logistics processes, which involve hundreds of employees.
In this role, you will lead and contribute to various business process automation and development projects within Logistics and Operations. You will join a group of professionals who are together leading the way towards better operations. Your role in our team
- Lead projects related to Business process automation and development (Order to Cash, Supply to Pay, Manage Logistics processes)
- Ensure true change happens in the organisation as a result of the projects
- Support and work together with global process owners to enable process efficiency and productivity
- Identify, propose and implement process improvements
- Promote project management and process automation best practices, techniques and standards
You will work closely with other Logistics & Operations teams globally, as well as with e.g. Supply, Sales, Supply Chain Management, IT, and other development teams to ensure processes are running efficiently and supporting Neste’s strategic priorities.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- Track record of successfully leading and contributing to projects
- Good understanding of automation and process development approaches
- Strong experience in project management (tools and frameworks)
- Leading and empowering of people inspirationally through meaningful and challenging goals
- Experience in change management and influencing in large scale multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing situations, capability to manage own workload, prioritize work activities and work independently
- M.Sc or B.Sc in engineering, logistics, economics or similar relevant skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong virtual leadership skills and ability and willingness to travel
