We are very excited to recruit at a senior level for a Night Manager to join the team in one of our properties in Dublin.
This role offers an opportunity to join an ambitious growth orientated team, lead the Night Team in a new concept hotel and be rewarded with a competitive salary and many additional flexible benefits.
The hotel consists of 163 bedrooms, along with the two dining facilities.
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years experience in a 4-star Hotel in a Supervisory or similar role.
- An eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments, and Night Team.
- Competent in IT skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability with strong organisational skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- To direct and manage all Night Department operations and employees. In doing so, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, smooth running and proactive service to guests and team.
- To monitor Night audit and ensure optimum occupancy and maximum revenue are achieved.
- To create the night roster, in accordance with forecasted occupancy, and adhering to the staff budget.
- To complete all responsibilities in line with hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan, and service concepts.
- To ensure safety, maximum security and confidentiality to team members, guests, and the hotel at all times.
- To comply with the company Guest Service policy by ensuring that our guests are a priority always; to endeavour to anticipate guest needs & respond appropriately, care for and resolve any queries, requests and complaints.
- To identify training needs and ensure team members receive skills training to consistently maintain the hotels’ required standards.
