We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all Marketing related activities within the pharma area, which includes Clinical Nutrition, Standard Solutions, IV Drugs and Disinfectants. As the Marketing Manager you will manage the Pharma Marketing Team consisting of 4 Product Manager and 1 Marketing Coordinator. Key task is to ensure that the annual marketing plan for each product group is outlined and executed. The management of the marketing team also includes the overall responsibility for outlining and executing a medium-term strategy per product group and to manage the financial forecasting process.
The Marketing Manager will have a good and efficient communication and coordination with the National Key Account Manager and National Sales Manager to ensure close alignment between outlined strategy and operational sales execution.
Main Accountabilities

Ensure the marketing team outlines annual marketing plans and medium-term strategy per product group- Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year forecast
- Review monthly sales development for whole product portfolio and provide feedback for example on impact on sales from rolled out marketing campaign
- Outline and execute digital communication strategy
- Maintain and ensure marketing team maintains up to date market knowledge
- Ensure all marketing material created by pharma marketing team is up-to-date and in line with local rules and regulations and that developed marketing material meets customer and market needs
- Ensure marketing team provides supply chain with up-to-date and accurate information for sales prognoses on article level to ensure forecast accuracy, avoid backorders and scrapping
- Ensure establishment of annual congress and conference calendar. This includes both internal and external events and local and international events.
Experience and Qualifications
- Education at university level or similar degree in relevant disciplines, such as for example business administration, marketing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, nutrition physiology, nursing, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management including personnel responsibility and responsibility for front-to-end management of marketing campaigns
- Experience/knowledge of basic finance would be an advantage
- Experience in digital communication is an advantage
- Sales experience from the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
- Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)
The position is initially a temporary employment with a view to become permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months. The position is placed in Uppsala.
