Key Responsibilities:
- To build the relationship with customers in order to have a deep knowledge of customer needs.
- To communicate with different type/ level of people to establish a rapport with team members and other departments.
- To build the strong team and develop a positive relationship amongst team members.
- To ensure that members of staff adhere to clients’ specifications in the course of production to guaranteeclient satisfaction.
- To lead the team of highly motivated Sales Executives with a clear focus on continuous growth and adherence to company rule and guidelines.
- To establish and maintain a close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners.
- To closely monitor the achievement of targets as set by the organization and to strive for continuous improvement of the entire sales team in Ho Chi Minh.
- To guide/support/train subordinates and to arrange joint sales visits.
- To independently handle all local and international customer inquiries/tenders and to ensure an on-time and complete response.
- To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team in Ho Chi Minh.
- To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence aligned with Company’s Code of Conduct.
- To plan & direct sales team, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives with given sales targets as well as fulfilling own targets.
- To present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- To make sure internal reporting following deadlines, do annual assessment with your team.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- To acquire and support customers in line with the tasks of outside sales.
- To control the PTA (a clean target account list in the CRM system) of the sales team.
- To carry out all agreed sales activities within the sales office.
- To assume responsibility for scheduling foreign visitors as part of the CST programme (the consignee selling programme).
- To perform above and other tasks and always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor, preferably in Sales, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication skill.
- Local Sales Manager.
- Teamwork skill.
- Negotiation skill.
- Time management skill.
- High sense of responsibility.
