You will work in the Private Wealth Management Department and support the team. Your duties will include scheduling appointments with clients (calendar management), completing system transactions (fund transfers) and managing client files in the system.
As a client assistant, you will help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients by supporting sales and business development. You will carry out support activities related to the sale of products and services through various distribution channels that meet the needs of members and clients in accordance with current practices and strategies.
Your role will involve assisting members and clients, as well as the managers and advisors at Desjardins Private Wealth Management, and you will participate in maintaining business relations. You will perform sales, sales support and client relations tasks relating to specific products and services or information requests, in accordance with current practices, capitalizing on your ability to adapt your approach as required. You will draw on your interpersonal savvy and communication skills to ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities

Carry out transactional instructions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, periodic transactions, etc.) within the prescribed deadlines and follow up with clients

Support the team in planning and coordinating activities as well as with following up on and entering information in agendas

Organize and follow up on the team’s calls and correspondence

Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and recommend solutions that meet their expectations

Help members and clients choose and make the most of various tools and alternative channels, fostering autonomy and promoting automation

Handle sales and any related activities and follow-up required. Ensure member and client satisfaction

Take charge of telephone calls and specific information requests, carry out any necessary research and recommend appropriate solutions

Seize business opportunities and support sales development by participating in various solicitation activities.

Qualifications

Trade school diploma in a related field

A minimum of three years of relevant experience
