Job description:
Work in a control room environment using GPS Tracking System to detect, verify, and monitor events
- Plan and manage Operations (Transportation, warehouse &
distribution) Maintaining, Vehicle Maintenance, Workshop supervision
- Prepare documents for drivers route permits (Naql Bayan) & gate passes
- Prepare weekly, monthly, semiannually & annually Reports
- Preparing daily Cash, Store, Workshop Reports
- Managing SECO (Saudi electric company) from Aramco.
Managing Sabic Project.
. Follow up Trucks and insure timely delivery of material to Customer
- Preparing documents for Trucks (Istamara-Port Ids-MVPI- Insurance & Mezaan Card)
⚫ Monitoring and tracking Trucks using GPS System
⚫ Daily Monitoring trucks in workshop for timely Maintenance
Preparing Daily Maintenance Report, Journey Management form
⚫Using TAMM Program for Trucks update (online Authorization)
⚫Coordinating with Workshop Supervisor and Drivers for any Truck Breakdown or Maintenance
⚫Monitor and respond to various information sources Drivers & Customers
- Coordination with emergency agencies and respondent
