Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the business development of high-star hotels in Douyin local life, negotiate cooperation and sign contracts with merchants, and follow up the online process 2. Integrate hotel resources and provide integrated marketing plans for merchants 3. Formulate reasonable plans according to merchant needs Operational plan, providing promotional activities, group order design and operational support, distribution on Douyin platform through short video and content marketing, maintaining customer relationship, and optimizing transaction volume 4. Handle merchant and user problems and complaints in a timely manner, and follow up 5. Regularly review the operation effect of the merchant's Douyin enterprise account, and output content marketing optimization suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 3-6 years of relevant work experience, with local life service experience in wine travel 3 1. Those who have accumulated customer resources of high-star hotels are preferred 4. Those who have strong customer maintenance ability, negotiation ability and problem-solving ability, and those who have experience in short video content marketing are preferred Have certain knowledge or experience in operation 6.
