Treasury Assistant [Philippines]


 

  • Monitors bank statements and forwards daily downloaded bank credits to the team for identification and receipting.
  • Ensures that all overseas remittances credited to the company’s account are duly accounted for.
  • Ensures that all collection reports from the banks are complete and timely received.
  • Ensures that all cross deposits are properly identified, receipted and transferred to the right depository account.
  • Checks End of Day Cash Receipts and reconciliation reports and ensures all supporting documents for audit trail are properly attached.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Accountancy, Financial Management.
  • With experience in cash operations is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other software
  • Work Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue., Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
