Qualifications
1. Masters and doctors in the direction of NLP, with deep technical accumulation in a certain field of natural language understanding, generation, dialogue system, and knowledge graph Or rich practical experience
2. Strong programming ability and solid data structure and algorithm foundation, proficient in at least one language such as C/C++, Python, etc. familiar with Tensorflow/Caffe/pytorch/MXNet, etc. Deep learning framework
3. Excellent logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems good communication skills and teamwork ability
4. Those who have published papers in top conferences or journals are preferred, such as ACL/EMNLP /NIPS/ICML/SIGIR/AAAI, etc. those who have achieved excellent rankings in well-known competitions are preferred
5. Experience in large-scale language model training tuning, performance optimization, and prompt engineering practice is preferred
